Wireless broadband for your workplace

ULTRA Business WiFi connects a compatible router through U Mobile’s 5G/4G network. It is different from fibre broadband. The published WiFi 68 and WiFi 78 plans have fair-usage allowances of 1,000GB and 1,500GB respectively. WiFi 78 includes WebGuard and designated Unlimited Biz Apps.

Actual reception and speed depend on premises coverage, indoor conditions, network traffic and equipment. Unlimited usage labels do not remove applicable fair-usage or designated-app conditions.

Confirm router, commitment and optional services

Selected 5G router bundles have a 24-month commitment. Confirm the current router model, promotional availability, account eligibility, monthly fee and early termination obligations. Fixed IP or other technical options require a separate availability and price check; they are not included automatically.

Coordinate staff mobile lines

Ask TELCO to compare mobile SIM-only and device-bundle options alongside your workplace internet needs. A mobile multi-line quotation and a broadband quotation can have separate eligibility, charges and commitments. Do not assume every old office bundle remains available at the same price.

Borneo WiFi is restricted to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan and cannot be used in Peninsular Malaysia. Provide the router’s intended location before applying.

Monthly fees are plan charges; applicable taxes, devices, add-ons and other operator charges may be additional. Business 45 is SIM-only. Selected device bundles on eligible plans require a 24- or 36-month commitment, subject to approval and stock. Roaming allowance includes incoming calls under the applicable terms; outgoing calls and non-supported destinations may incur charges. Employee rebates and multi-line offers require separate eligibility confirmation.

TELCO charges no consultation or application assistance fee. Ask us for a written quotation that separates plan fees, device payments, upfront charges and the contract period.
